MEET: 06:30am at Fish Hoek Beach

ROUTE: Follow Main Road through Lakeside and onto Steenberg Road until Firgrove Way and return. Shorter options include to Lakeside ad back which is 18kms or to Muizenberg and back which is 10kms.

Please bring a headlamp and wear reflective clothing. This run is unsupported, so please carry your own.
