Cut-off is 2 hours, 30 minutes.

Entries will be taken at the Fish Hoek Athletic Club from 06H00 on Saturday 27th December 2008. ONLINE ENTRIES available at http://www.enteronline.co.za 

 Medals to the first 700 finishers.  Cut off is 2 hours, 30 minutes.

The race STARTS and FINISHES at the Fish Hoek Athletic Club which is situated at the Silverglades Sports fields,  20th avenue, off Kommetjie Road, Fish Hoek.

General Rules and Information

Run in accordance with the rules and regulations and under the auspices of ASA and WPA.

· All runners undertake to participate at their own risk and the sponsors and organisers will not accept any liability for any injury, illness or accident occurring during or as a result of the race.

· Licensed runners must wear club colours and a valid 2008, license number.

· License number to be worn on the front and back of their vest.

· Participants must be in possession of FHAC stamped race entry card at all times. Medals will only be issued on presentation of the entry card at the completion of the race.

· Participants must be at least 15 years old on the day of the race.

· In addition to Overall (Open) prizes, participants will only be eligible for an age category prize in the age category they enter.  Corresponding numerical age category tags must be worn on the front and back of their vest.  Participants may enter the age category corresponding to their chronological age or any younger category down to senior.

· Temporary licensed participants are eligible for age category prizes provided they enter the relevant age group, wear the appropriate age tags and provide proof of age.

· Juniors (born from 1989 onwards) wearing a junior or senior 2008 license must display age tags to qualify for age group prizes. Juniors must provide proof of age if qualified for prize money. 

· Any Runner guilty of tossing cups or water sachets anywhere else but in a refuse box will be disqualified. Please help us keep this a clean race.

· Runners MUST NOT drop sachets in the Cape Nature Reserve, Silvermine Valley or Clovelly Golf Course.  Entry via the Silvermine Gate and water at this point, will not be available after 08h15

· The instructions of Traffic Officers and Marshals must be obeyed at all times.

· Tog Bag security will be available.

· Water and coke will be available at regular intervals on route.

· Runners must be present for any Spot Prizes.
