4 Hills for Lindsay 56km Training Run

This popular training run usually takes place about 5 weeks before Comrades.  It serves as a dress rehearsal for the actual race day where runners are encouraged to practice the various aspects of ultra distance running such as hydration, eating, pacing, dealing with minor problems, wobblies and a taste of camaraderie.  For more information please visit the Lindsay page.  Click here.
