Helpers Scope of duties

· Report for duty at specified time.

· Hand out finish cards to finishers

· Hand out medals to finishers.

· Assist finishers at the results board.

· Look after Race officials (timekeepers, line judges, referees, announcer etc)

Set up coke table at finish and pour and hand out coke to finishers

Number of Helpers Required: 2 finish cards, 2 medals, 1 results board, 1 Officials PA, 3 coke pourers (9 in total)
