Helpers Scope of duties

· Collect ice and crates from Comicx on race morning.

· Deliver crates, ice, water, coke, cups, table, bins, black bags to 4 refreshment tables

· Collect unused sachets, coke, cups from each refreshment station and redistribute at other tables if required

· Collect garbage bags and tables and return to the FHAC

· “Roam” the route for quick response time to any table experiencing problems

· Ensure route is clean at the end of the race
