Helpers Scope of duties

· Ensure/order potatoes, margarine and salt for the day

· Ensure sufficient gas cylinders, cookers and pots

· Ensure sufficient beer boxes and tin foil to use as trays

· Appoint helpers to hand out the potatoes at the end

· Boil the potatoes and cut into pieces to serve.
