Helpers Scope of duties

· Ensure Coke truck delivers on morning of run.

· Ensure 3 trucks at FHAC on morning of run stocked with supplies

· Ensure trucks deliver crates, ice, water, coke, cups, table, bins, black bags to 17 refreshment tables

· Ensure unused sachets, coke, cups  are collected from each refreshment station and redistributed at other tables if required

· Collect garbage bags and tables and return to the FHAC

· “Roam” the route for quick response time to any table experiencing problems

Ensure route is clean at the end of the race

Number of Helpers Required: 3 truck drivers, 6 comicx helpers, 4 truck offloaders, 2 sweep vehicles
